Vacancies; flowfigures, seasonally adjusted
This table contains seasonally adjusted figures for unfilled, new and filled vacancies. The phrase 'seasonally adjusted' refers to the total number of vacancies in the private and public sectors at the end of each quarter.
The following relationship applies to vacancies:
Unfilled (t) - Unfilled (t-1) = New (t) - Filled (t)
Where t is a quarter.
This table contains the number of vacancies per quarter.
Data available from: 1st quarter of 1997.
Status of the figures:
The figures of 2023 are provisional, other figures are final.
Seasonally adjusted figures may be marginally adjusted at the end of the year under review.
Changes as of 14 November 2023:
Figures of the third quarter of 2023 have been added.
When will new figures be published?
Figures of the fourth quarter of 2023 will be published in February 2024.
