Omgevingsverordening, beschermingszone rivierwaterwinning

Description
Rond twee onttrekkingspunten voor rivierwater voor de drinkwatervoorziening in de Amer en de Afgedamde Maas zijn beschermingszones aangewezen. Dit zijn gebieden rondom de onttrekkingspunten waar calamiteiten binnen 6 uur een risico kunnen vormen voor de winning. In de regels van de Omgevingsverordening is opgenomen dat Rijkswaterstaat onverwijld op de hoogte gesteld wordt als een dergelijke calamiteit zich voordoet.
